Bed linens and towels are included in the price. You don't have to worry about providing these items.

Visitor's Tax:

After your stay, you will receive an invoice from me, which includes the visitor's tax. This must be settled within 14 days. The costs are as follows:

→ Children (0-5 years): Exempt from the visitor's tax

→ Children (6-14 years): Reduced visitor's tax of €1.45 per day

→ Persons aged 15 and above: €3.70 per day

Location of the Apartment within the Building:

Please note that the apartment is on the 2nd floor without an elevator.

Check-in Using the Key Box:

I will not be on-site, but this should not impact your experience in any way. You can comfortably check in and check out independently using a key box. The entire apartment is at your disposal. Make yourself at home!


The apartment is located in Friedrich-Franz-Straße, in a charming house with a total of 5 holiday apartments.

The central location allows you to comfortably reach many attractions on foot, including the Old Stream, the beach, the Teapot, the lighthouse, and much more. In the immediate vicinity, numerous easily accessible shopping options for your daily are there for you, including 5 different bakeries. Also in close proximity, you'll find sopping options like Rossmann, Edeka, as well as various butchers and vegetable vendors. For diverse taste preferences, there are also plenty of culinary options to choose from. As a special bonus, your booking grants you access to a guestbook that provides recommendations for the best local hidden gems.


Arrival by Car:

Take the A19 highway and follow the signs towards Rostock/Warnemünde. Follow the signs towards Warnemünde and merge onto the B103. Once in Warnemünde, stay on Friedrich-Franz Str. and follow the street signs towards number 12.


Arrival by Train:

Travel to Rostock Main Station. From there, take the S-Bahn S1 towards Warnemünde. Disembark at Warnemünde station and follow the signs towards Friedrich-Franz Str. The vacation apartment is located at Friedrich-Franz Str. 12.
