Terms and Conditions for the Rental of Holiday Apartments
Scope
These General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the landlord (hereinafter "Provider") and the tenant of holiday apartments through the website www.cblueapartments.de.
Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of holiday apartments on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to submit offers by the customer. By making a booking request, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a lease agreement. The contract is concluded when the provider confirms the booking request.
Cancellation
The following cancellation conditions apply:
Use of Holiday Apartments
The holiday apartments may only be used by the persons named in the contract. The tenant undertakes to treat the holiday apartment with care and to comply with the house rules.
Liability
The provider is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the holiday apartment by the tenant. The tenant is liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
Data Protection
The collection and processing of personal data are carried out in accordance with the provisions of data protection law. Further information can be found in the privacy policy.
Changes to the AGB
The provider reserves the right to change these AGB at any time. Changes will be published on the website and come into effect upon publication. Miscellaneous The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If individual provisions of these terms and conditions are or become invalid, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
