Welcome to this maritime 2-room, 46 m² holiday apartment that offers everything you need for a great stay by the Baltic Sea:

• Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, and stove with an oven. Plenty of dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils are available.

• Free Parking: A free parking space is available on the property, allowing you to park your vehicle conveniently.

Bed linens and towels are included in the price. You don't have to worry about providing these items.

Visitor's Tax:

After your stay, you will receive an invoice from me, which includes the visitor's tax. This must be settled within 14 days. The costs are as follows:

→ Children (0-5 years): Exempt from the visitor's tax

→ Children (6-14 years): Reduced visitor's tax of €1.45 per day

→ Persons aged 15 and above: €3.70 per day

Check-in Using the Key Box:

I will not be on-site, but this should not impact your experience in any way. You can comfortably check in and check out independently using a key box. The entire apartment is at your disposal. Make yourself at home!
