We operate with a dynamic pricing system. This means that our prices adjust to various factors, including the season, the length of your stay, and current availability. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. You don't have to worry about providing these items.
Visitor's Tax:
After your stay, you will receive an invoice from me, which includes the visitor's tax. This must be settled within 14 days. The costs are as follows:
→ Children (0-5 years): Exempt from the visitor's tax
→ Children (6-14 years): Reduced visitor's tax of €1.45 per day
→ Persons aged 15 and above: €3.70 per day

Please note that the apartment is on the 2nd floor without an elevator.

I will not be on-site, but this should not impact your experience in any way. You can comfortably check in and check out independently using a key box. The entire apartment is at your disposal. Make yourself at home!
